Steve began his career with Bissette Construction in 1976. He grew with the business starting as laborer, training under the supervision of the original owner Randy Bissette, and working his way up to Concrete Foreman. As of 2015 Steve has taken on duties as General Superintendent for Utility, Earthwork and Concrete crews. Steve lives in Elizabeth City with his wife.
