Full site development package for a new dormitory for Norfolk State University. Work included clearing, building pad installation, construction of parking lots, domestic and fire water lines, gravity sewer, storm drain pipes and structures and all necessary site concrete including curb and gutter and sidewalks. The Dorm is to be opened within 13 months from start of project.
